Among the myriad of different diets beer causes many dieters interest. Is it really possible to lose weight from beer? But what about the "beer belly"? Not harmful if such a diet the body? Do not go to the binge diet? These and other questions about beer diet, we will try to answer in this article.
The propagandists of beer diets promise that within 14 days you can lose up to 5 kg of excess weight. Is it due to what is going on?
It is considered that the beer on the contrary, gain weight: in men there are "beer belly", women are generally "spread" in all places. But in vain in this blame beer. The real "culprit" weight gain among beer lovers - a fatty, salty snack. Who drinks beer without snacks? All sorts of "chemical" chips, crackers, salted fish and seafood - all this has a high calorie, high fat and salt. As you know, the salt prevents the excretion of fluid, so it was salty foods block the beneficial properties of beer purify the body.
Needless beer - a low-calorie drink, but because of its bitter taste, it stirs up the appetite, causing people to eat a lot of fat, high-calorie snacks.
Beer diet is just based on what you want to exclude from your diet all hinder weight loss component, giving the beer a full freedom of action in our body. So what's the beer diet?
Scheme beer diet
Day One: 1-1.5 liters of beer and 100 g of boiled buckwheat (without salt, sugar, butter!)
Day Two: 1-1.5 liters of beer and 100 g of boiled chicken (preferably white meat)
Day Three: 1-1.5 liters of beer and 100 grams of cooked meat
Day Four: 1-1.5 liters of beer and 100 g of boiled fish
Chicken, meat and fish to cook without salt and spices
Day Five: 1-1.5 liters of beer, fresh fruit and vegetables in unlimited quantities (except for grapes and bananas)
Day Six: only beer (2.5 liters)
Day Seven: only mineral water
The next week the menu is the same.
As with most diets, beer is based on a small number of calories consumed. In addition to beer are permitted only small portions of lean meal - at the expense of this and there is a loss of weight.
In addition, beer is a lot of useful properties that are advantageous to complement a strict diet:
rich in antioxidants - substances that prevent the growth and development of cancer cells;
reduces cholesterol in the blood, which has beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system;
has a diuretic effect, promoting rapid removal from the body of harmful substances - and thereby accelerating the process of losing weight;
speeds up the metabolism in cells, slowing the aging process;
due to the content of carbon dioxide, improves gastric secretion and blood flow in the brain, liver, lungs and muscles;
contains useful micro-and macronutrients, such as potassium, zinc, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, and iron.
However, all the beneficial properties of beer are lost if they are abused. The destructive effect of alcohol is much stronger than the positive effect of the components of beer. Therefore, stick to the diet can be no longer than two weeks, otherwise there is danger of beer alcoholism, which can then grow into a real alcoholism.
Choose to diet (and not only to diet but always) only high-quality natural drinks. It is preferable, of course, "live" beer, but you can bottle - just look at the composition: it should not be anything unnecessary: ??only water, malt, hops and yeast.
It is obvious that this diet is quite strict and "hungry": hold on to this pretty hard. However, if you still overpower the two weeks, the result is obvious.
As with all the strict diet, beer is not recommended for children and adolescents, people suffering from any chronic diseases, as well as people who lead active, busy lifestyle.
In general, any diet is better to hold off on vacation. After all, for work / study requires much effort, and a strict diet will not give you the required amount of energy, which not only will you feel hungry, but also the weakness, lethargy, that adversely affect the productivity of your work.
Many in this diet confuses what beer - an alcoholic beverage. But you must admit, from a couple of bottles a day heavily intoxicated difficult. But if you have a drinking problem (quickly gets drunk, do not feel good), it is better to abandon the diet.
You can instead use a simple beer drinking water or green tea: you can still lose weight, is due to the fact that you will eat such small portions. And beer - not the basis of the diet, but only a secondary component.
And what about non-alcoholic beer ? This is an excellent replacement for the alcoholic, but on condition that it is natural, without any "chemical" constituents. However, finding a normal non-alcoholic beer is quite difficult, not only in terms of security of its components, but also in taste.
There is another kind of beer diet, based on the fact that beer should be very cold, and there can be anything you want and as much as needed, except for very fat and calorie food.
Cold beer diet
This diet is as follows:
To heat 1 gram of water 1 degree Celsius organism expends a calorie. Therefore, if you drink liter of beer at a temperature of 4 degrees, the body must be warmed to body temperature it at 33 degrees (37 - 4 = 33), and on this he will need:
1000 g x 33 C = 33 000 calories = 33 calories
Energy value of a liter of beer is about 10 kcal, therefore, 23 "extra" calories the body will spend on weight loss. The same number of calories the body spends a half hour of jogging.
However, it is unclear why this diet is a beer? After all you can drink the same cold water, in which there are no calories, hence the weight loss will occur more rapidly: by 37 kcal when consuming 1 liter.
From the above we can conclude: beer diet completely effective and safe way to lose weight for a healthy person. You should not place great hopes on it (it is not better than most other diets), but do not be afraid!
And finally, do not forget about the basic principles of any diet:
not to delay the diet for longer than 2 weeks (the body needs a balanced, varied, nutritious food for normal operation);
take vitamin and mineral complex to make up for deficiency of essential substances;
drink plenty of plain water (this applies to the beer diet: apart from beer to drink at least 1-2 liters of clean water a day).
